Grab Inbox Messages with Message Grabber

Ever wish you could read your email as it comes in - without leaving the newsgroup? Well, you can. Here are some pictures to show you the way.

When you are viewing posts in the Newsgroup and mail comes in, go to Edit(1), Find(2), Message(3).





That will bring up the Find Message screen. Click on Browse(4).





That will bring up the Outlook Express screen. Highlight your Inbox(5) and click OK(6).





That will bring up the Find Message screen for your Inbox. Click on the little arrow on the Received after: box(7). That will drop down a little calendar. Highlight the day before the current date(8). Then, click Find Now(9).





That will bring up the Find Message screen with your email showing. Just double click on the e-mail(10), and it will open in a separate screen.





After you have read the email, just close the email screen, but be sure to leave this Find Message screen and your Newsgroup screen both open. You can go back to viewing the Newsgroup, and if an email comes in, just click on the Find Message screen that you have left open.
