MS OE NewsGroup is the Best!

This is the updated version of the Random Clouds script. It has been streamlined so that it causes less jerky image movement and executes faster, taking less processor time.

The dinosaur is an animated .GIF moved across the bordered box (created using a <DIV>) using the <MARQUEE> element. A white layer, the same size as the bordered box, is placed just above it and manipulated using the Alpha (Opacity) filter and a short script. You may vary the upper and lower value extremes of the "clouds", and the percentage change of opacity of the next "cloud" from the previous "cloud".
